LEM announced the acquisition of the Danish company Danfysik ACP A/S. The company is a provider of current transducers for medical scanners, precision industrial motor controls and test & measurement. LEM has acquired the transducer activity with a turnover of CHF 7.6 million in 2008 and 15 employees. The company is based near Copenhagen, Denmark. The acquisition was finalized for an undisclosed amount.
