Lineage Power, a provider of AC/DC and DC/DC switching technologies, will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Cherokee International. In an all cash transaction, that is representing an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $105 million. Cherokee has achieved in 2007 a turnover of $128.5 million and a net loss of $9.0 million. The second quarter in 2008 did end with a turnover of $40.5 million and a net deficit of $569,000.
