LSI Logic reported first quarter 2006 revenues of $476 million, a 6% increase compared to the $450 million reported in the first quarter of 2005, and down 6% seasonally compared to the $506 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2005. The first quarter 2006 GAAP net income was $19 million, compared to first quarter 2005 GAAP net income of $5 million.
