Eurodis Electronics Schweiz AG has closed an agreement with its mother company Eurodis Electron PLC for a management buyout. Hanspeter Zaugg currently General Manager and Marc Hunziker Director of Finance are participating in this act of taking control over the Swiss operation. All rights and liabilities of the previous company are subject to be taken over without limitations as well as the actual business address in Regensdorf. A change of the name has already been requested and will be published within the next few days (the new website name is ineltro.ch).

Some days ago the Austrian Eurodis Electronics GmbH has agreed with Eurodis Electron PLC about a management buyout. This new company trades under the name Ineltro Electronics GmbH.
