Management buys out measX 31-01-05

With effect from 1.1.2005, the management of the instrumentation system company measX GmbH & Co. KG has bought the company from National Instruments (NI) for an undisclosed sum. After the takeover of the companies Datalog in the year 1998 and GfS in the year 1999, the measX GmbH & Co. KG was formed in 2002 from the system integration departments of the two companies as a subsidiary of NI. After the Management Buyout, measX, as a Select Partner, will continue to work closely together with National Instruments within the framework of the Alliance Programme. MeasX will also continue to act as exclusive distributor for the NI software DASYLab in Europe through the established dealer network. In 2004, MeasX had a turnover of approximately 8 M US$.
