In its March quarter of 2005, performance semiconductor manufacturer Ixys generated a turnover of 69 million US$ and a net profit of 5.8 million US$. This result is positive for the company from two points of view. On the one hand, the turnover rose by 28% compared to Q1/2004. On the other hand, the previous loss of 5.1 million US$ was converted to a profit.
