Maxwell Technologies has appointed Sacha Jenny vice president and general manager of its Swiss subsidiary. He replaces Alain R. Riedo who is leaving the company. Jenny, 40, joined Maxwell SA in 2003, and was serving as senior director of worldwide supply chain management at the time of his promotion. Immediately prior to joining Maxwell, Jenny directed worldwide operations for Cresco Ti Systems, a manufacturer of medical and dental products, and before that spent six years in a series of management positions with Silicon Graphics Manufacturing SA, a subsidiary of the U.S.-based information technology company.
