Mentor increases its share of Flomerics 07-05-08

Mentor Graphics has increased in participation of Flomerics to 29.98 % through various purchases. Flomerics, founded in 1998 in Surrey, England (with a subsidiary in America) develops simulation tools for HF design, the thermal analysis of chips and boards, for EMV design, for antenna development and the simulation of fluids. In 2007 the company had a turnover of approximately 16.3 m GBP, of which 5.2 m GBP was in the USA, 7.5 m GBP in Europe and 3.7 m GBP in Asia. It had a loss of 1.9 m GBP. Mentor closed off its last business year with a turnover of 879.7 m US$ and a net profit of 28.8 m US$.
