In the calendar year 2009 (financial year 2010) Mentor Graphics achieved a turnover of US$ 802.7 million with a net loss of US$ 21.9 million. Sales increased by 1.7% in comparison to 2008. The loss was reduced by 76%.

In the fourth quarter a turnover of US$ 237.1 million was booked with a net profit of US$ 39.4. Compared to the 4th quarter of the previous year the turnover was reduced by 2.3% and the plus climbed upwards by 27.5%.
