Micrel, provider of analog, communications and Ethernet IC solutions, has named Chris Dingley Territory to the position of Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Dingley currently act as Director of Micrel's Global Account and Western Sales. He joined the Company in June 1997 as Director of Global Distribution and was then named Director of Global Distribution and EMS. He was then promoted to position of Director of Micrel's Western Sales Territory including Global Account responsibility for Cisco. Prior to joining Micrel, Dingley was Distribution Manager for Winbond North America. Before this, he held the positions of Area Sales Manager and Distribution Sales Manager with General Instrument.
