Microoptical emitter-receiver sensor module 09-03-05

CiS Institute developed the microoptical emitter-receiver sensor module MORES as a Match-X model. This standardized version complements such existing designs as the plug-in for the measurement of vital parameters. Featuring harmonized interfaces, the modular com-ponents allow for the efficient fusion of sensor signal processing elements to produce complex modular microsystems. All components feature harmonized interfaces, e.g. geometric, electric, fluidic.  The first Match-X-Mores models developed at CiS served applications in microfluidics and microreaction technology. The integration of the sensors into microfluidic measurement modules

offers new control and regulation functions in the field of microprocess engineering. However, with its type of design and the many measurement methods possible, e.g. reflexion, remission, spectral sensitivity and interference, Match-X-Mores is also ideally suited for applications in measurement technology and factory automation.
