Molex acquires Temp-Flex Cable 22-12-11


Molex has completed the acquisition of South Grafton, Mass.-based Temp-Flex Cable. Temp-Flex designs and manufactures specialty wire and cable products that provide technological solutions for the medical, aerospace, military, computer, electronics, test and measurement and industrial markets. Temp-Flex Cable, Inc. was incorporated in 1985. It will operate as a subsidiary of Molex Incorporated and will be part of the company’s Global Integrated Products Division.

 

Molex has ended its financial year 2011 with a turnover of 3.587 billion US$ and a net profit of 298.8 Mio.US$.
