MoSys, a provider of system-on-ship (SoC) memory and analog/mixed-signal intellectual property (IP), announced the appointment of Dave DeMaria as its Vice President of Business Operations. Prior to MoSys, DeMaria was CEO of Optimal Corporation, and electronic design automation (EDA) company. Previously, he spent eight years at Cadence.
