With the new flowPhase 2 product family Tyco Electronic is now offering 1200V power modules for up to 300A output current and 60 kW motor power respectively at 150 % overload in a 17 mm standard package.

The flowPhase 2 provides following features:

An inverter 6 pack can be built by either mount three modules close to each other using the same mounting screws or placed individually for optimised heat spreading and lower thermal resistance. With the flowPhase 2 Tyco Electronics supplies a fully compatible second source module (connector version only) for the Semix 2 family from Semikron.
