CPU Technology announced the appointment of Clay Johnson as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. Johnson comes most recently from Xilinx as Vice President and General Manager of the General Products Division. The former CEO Ed King will remain active with the company as the Chairman of the Board and Corporate Fellow. Mr. King will lead an advanced engineering team. CPU Tech is active in electronic modeling and simulation. It is a privately held company founded in 1989 with headquarters in Pleasanton, CA.
