LTX Corporation a provider of semiconductor test solutions, announced its board of directors has named David G. Tacelli chief executive officer. Tacelli succeeds Roger W. Blethen, who continues as chairman of the board. These changes will become effective on November 1, 2005. Tacelli has been with LTX for 17 years.
