Rafael Schröer has been named as the new Managing Director of the German subsidiary of Kyocera. Schroer was previously the General Manager of the Kyocera Fineceramics GmbH. Within the EMEA segment he is responsible for the activities for the product areas solar, LCD, thin film components, automotive, technical ceramics and micro-electronics. The 45-year old industrial engineer has been with the Japanese technology company since 2003.
