39% of the shares of the Obernzell-domiciled Vogt electronic are now in the possession of Sumida Holding Germany. The 100% subsidiary of the Sumida Corporation, with headquarters in Tokio, employs more than 16,000 people throughout the world and achieved a turnover in the last business year of approximately 300 m Euro. Vogt electronic produces inductive components and modules as well as assemblies and complete systems.
