Michael D. Burger, at present President and Director at Zilog will leave the company at his own request on 3rd December, His will be succeeded by Ramesh Ramchandani the present Marketing chief. He will take on Global Sales as an interim measure and is named as Executive Officer In July 2004, Ramchandani moved to Zilog from ON Semiconductor. At ON Semi he was in charge of Integrated Power Devices.
