Jan Meise und Philipp Weber form the new management, heading up AMS Technologies since 1st of July 2010.  Jan Meise joined the pan-European distributor in April 2010 and as Chief Sales Officer, he is responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities. He worked as Sales Director at Finisar.

Philipp Weber, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all operations and finance activities since January 2010. He joined AMS Technologies in March 2001 and has headed operations for several years. Prior to joining the distributor he was responsible for establishing the legal and business consulting activity of smarterwork.

Judith de Forrest Wilson, former CEO, resigned from the operative management and joined the board of directors. Alexander Ruhl, former CFO, left AMS Technologies in June 2010.

AMS Technologies is a distributor who specialises on three key competencies: optoelectronics, thermal management and power electronics. The company serves all Europe with sales teams in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain.
