Nu Horizons, the recent newcomer on the German market as an electronic distributor, has taken over the Munich-based Dacom-Süd Electronic Vertriebs GmbH for 2.7 m US$. In 2006 Dacom-Süd had a turnover of 6.2 m US$. Inge Merl, the former owner of the distribution house becomes the Managing Director of the new purchase that will now act as a subsidiary.
