Nu Horizons announced that Martin Kent has been appointed as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective May 3, 2010. Arthur Nadata, a founder of the Company and currently the Company's Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Company's Non-Executive Chairman.

The former CEO James Estill did end his employment relationship effective August 3, 2009. after 2 month in this job. Martin Kent has prior industry experience as CEO of Abacus Group, wich was acquired by Avnet at the beginning of 2010.
