Leon Mordang José Gonzalez

Omron Electronic Components Business Europe announced a restructured European sales management team, promoting Leon Mordang to European Sales Manager and José Gonzalez to lead a newly created Application Oriented Sales team. Under the new structure, Mordang heads up an integrated European sales team covering all of Omron’s customers and technologies. As European Manager AOS, Gonzalez will lead an Application Oriented Sales team, organised by market sector. His team will continue the work of the Global Account Management team, and partner with colleagues in Asia and the Americas to deliver co-ordinated service and support to Omron’s global accounts.

Leon Mordang joined Omron in 2005, as General Manager, Northern Europe. Previously, he was Sales Director for Northern Europe at Vishay. He has also held senior sales and product marketing positions at BC Components and Philips. José Gonzalez has worked with Omron in Sales positions for over 18 years. He was promoted in 2006 from General Manager for Iberia to head up Omron’s Global Account Management team in Europe.
