Outlook for the SPS/IPC/Drives 2010 24-06-10


The organizer of the SPS/IPC/Drives fair to be held in Nuremberg in Germany from the 23rd to the 25th November 2010 expects 1,200 exhibitors. The Mesago Messe Management sees a greater use of the eleven halls. The focus of the fair and the forums are energy efficiency, Industrial Identity and Safety and Security.

 

The joint stands "Open source meets industry” and “AMA centre for sensors, measuring and testing technology” will provide an overview of the subjects. Two Young Engineer Awards will be presented for the first time. The Awards will be presented for the best contributions from the fields of Automation and Drives. The official prizegiving will be held at an evening ceremony on the 24th November 2010.

 

Plant automation, electric drives and industrial communication are the main points of the congress that will be held parallel to the fair.
