Programmable Crystal Oscillators for 166MHz 29-10-07

Epson Toyocom announced the development of a series of programmable crystal oscillators (simple packaged crystal oscillator (SPXO) for use as clocks in office equipment, PCs, mobile devices and other general consumer electronics. Volume production will begin in January 2008. The SG-8003CE series, which supports voltages down to 1.8V and 2.5V and frequencies up to 166 MHz, fills the low-voltage, high-frequency needs. With a package measuring just 3.2 x 2.5 mm, the SG-8003CE series also answer market needs for a smaller form factor. The current consumption is 7 mA typ. at 125 MHz, Vcc 3.6V, no load condition.
