Geotest is featuring their release ATEasy 8.0 and PXI digital & FGPA products. ATEasy 8.0, an integrated test development and test executive software suite offers features and capabilities including parallel test capability, up to 12x improvement in test execution speed, expanded test profile features and support for scripting languages including TCL, PERL, and SNMP.
ATEasy 8.0 is fully compatible with previous versions and supports a range of development environments including Visual BASIC, COM, C, .NET 4.0, and LabVIEW 2010. ATEasy is also compatible with the Windows 64-bit operating system, Windows XP, VISTA, Windows 2000 and Windows 98. ATEasy 8.0 is available now.
Geotest has also expanded their PXI product line with the release of digital instruments and interface modules for the GX3500 FPGA module. The 32 channel, 100 MHz GX5295 digital instrument provides a solution for semiconductor test applications. The GX5295 features a per-channel PMU and high-performance pin electronics supporting a programmable drive / sense voltage range from -2 V to +7 V - providing both analog and digital test capabilities in a single module.
For high voltage, performance digital test applications, Geotest has added the GX5960 50 MHz digital subsystem to its product line. The GX5960 features programmable high-voltage pin electronics (-10 V to +15 V) and a high-performance timing generator/sequencer with 256 time sets and 1ns per pin timing resolution. The 6U PXI form factor offers a compact foot print without sacrificing performance for system, board and component test applications.
Two module configurations are available - the 32 channel GX5964 or the 16 channel GX5961 which offers guided probe support and static high voltage I/O. Both the GX5295 and GX5960 are supplied with the DIOEasy software package, which provides vector editing / display & file import utilities, a virtual instrument panel, and 32-bit DLL driver libraries.
For custom design applications, Geotest's 3U PXI FPGA product (GX3500) is now available with a variety of logic interface expansion modules - offering customers the flexibility to create specialized instrument designs which can interface to various logic families including differential TTL, LVDS, and ECL. The GX3501, GX3509, GX3510, and GX3540 expansion modules provide multi-channel interfaces for LVTTL, differential TTL, mLVDS and ECL logic families respectively and are available now for delivery.
