As planned, the Executive Chairman Ray Bingham has vacated his position and resigned from the Board of Directors. Bingham was Vice President/CFO from 1993 to 1999 and CEO and President of the company till 2004. In May last year he gave up his seat to Michael J. Fister. Dr. John B. Shoven has been named as the new chairman at Cadence.
