The Sasco Holz Company, a member of the Arrow semiconductor distribution group is taking on the sales of the British analogue semiconductor manufacturer, Zetex Semiconductors, with immediate effect. The distribution agreement covers the countries of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Benelux countries, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and the GIS states of Russia, White Russia as well as the Ukraine. It is based on a Europe-wide franchise agreement that was closed between Zetex Semiconductors and Arrow Electronics.
