Cinch Connectors announces the introduction of a line of sealed headers and associated wire harness connectors for Electronic Control Units. This system is made for ECU designs in the Commercial Vehicle Market. The line of SHS Headers, based on a 1.5 mm blade technology, includes 18, 30, 48 and 60 I/O connectors. Inductive filtering is offered as an option. The mating harness connectors offer features designed to simplify the harness assembly process. Included is push to seat terminal technology, tangless terminal and secondary locking. Available in 18 and 30 positions, the SHS Harness connectors are offered with various keying / color configurations. Jackscrew connector mating and integral protected wire seals provide for sealing integrity and resistance to the harshest environments.
