Cadence has opened a second office in Russia in Zelenograd. In 2004 the electronic design company had opened its design and development centre in Moscow. The number of employees in Russia has since grown to more than 140. In this year, the company became the eighth most popular employer in Russia The poll, carried out by Hewitt Associates, evaluated the results from 64 companies. In first place was McDonalds followed by Microsoft.
