Agilent reported revenues of $1.09 billion for the second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2009, 25 percent below one year ago. Second quarter GAAP net loss was $101 million. Last year’s second quarter GAAP net income was $173 million. During the second quarter, Agilent had restructuring and asset impairment charges of $98 million and $12 million of non-cash amortization.
