According to ZVEI, the turnover for semiconductors in Germany in February 2008, with markedly reduced orders received, was just below that of the previous month and therefore 9% under the level of the month of February 2007, after a minus of 10% in comparison of January 2008 to January 2007 and minus 7% in comparison of December 2007 to December 2006. Accumulated, the growth in Germany in the first 2 months of 2008 was 8% lower when compared to the same period of the previous year.
