Semtech reported un-audited financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2009 that ended October 26, 2008. Net revenues were $79.7 million, up 1 percent from the third quarter of fiscal year 2008 and up 2 percent when compared to the second quarter of fiscal year 2009. Net income was $11.5 million. Net income was $16.0 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2008 and was $11.7 million in the second quarter of fiscal year 2009.
