Semtech reported financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2011. Net revenues were $123.1 million, up 63.9 percent from the third quarter of fiscal year 2010. Net income was $23.6 million. The net loss of the third fiscal quarter 2010 was $20.9 million.
