Semtech, a supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, reported unaudited financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2012, which ended July 31, 2011. Net revenue was $130.3 million, up 15.0 percent from the second quarter of fiscal year 2011 and up 6.4 percent from the first quarter of fiscal year 2012.

Net income, computed in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), was $27.1 million. This compares to GAAP net income of $19.7 million in the second quarter of fiscal year 2011 and GAAP net income of $22.6 in the first quarter of fiscal year 2012.
