Softing buys Inat GmbH 21-04-08

The Softing AG, supplier of hardware and software for industrial automation and automotive electronics has acquired the majority shareholding of the Nuremburg Inat GmbH. Inat is active in OPC software and network diagnostic for industrial automation with a focus on the production and process industry. For the year 2009 Softing assumes that the Inat GmbH with its 25 employees will have a profitable turnover of more than 5 m Euro. Softing, with its 200 employees has an annual turnover of more than 29 m Euro.
