STMicroelectronics reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year 2010. Net revenues for the fourth quarter increased 9.2% to $2.83 billion from the $2.58 billion reported in the fourth quarter 2009. Net revenues for the full year were $10.35 billion, an increase of 21.6% compared to 2009 net revenues of $8.51 billion.

For the 2010 fourth quarter, the Company reported a net income of $219 million. In the year-ago quarter, the Company reported net loss of $70 million. The full year net income was $830 million, compared to net loss of $1.31 billion, in 2009.
