Tantalum Capacitor with a Capacitance Range of 3300 μF to 72000 μF

Vishay announced the release of a wet tantalum high-energy capacitor. The HE3 is optimized for energy-storage and pulse-power applications and is housed in an all tantalum, hermetically sealed case, and is manufactured to withstand high stress and hazardous environments. The design features a capacitance range of 3300μF to 72000μF. Its ESR is 0.035Ω at +25°C and 1kHz. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of –55°C to + 85°C. It offers a ±20% standard capacitance tolerance at 120Hz and +25°C, with tolerances of ±10% also available.
