The new tantalum polymer capacitors from AVX deliver capacitance values in 0805, R case size (100µF, 4V); 1206, A case size (47 µF, 6.3V) and 1210, B case size (10 µF, 6.3V). The parts offer a 125 degC operating temperature range and  guarantee low ESR. AVX tantalum polymer capacitors are capable of withstanding three times reflow profile up to 260 degC. Devices are manufactured and tested to comply with the lead-free, RoHS, and JEDEC020C requirements.
