TE Connectivity reported results for the fiscal third quarter ended Jun. 24, 2011. The company reported a net sales increase of 21 percent year-over-year, and 7 percent sequentially, to $3.7 billion. The net income was $355 million, compared to $330 million in Q3/2010.
