Tektronix reported net sales of $268.1 million and net earnings from continuing operations of $20.1 million for the first quarter 2006. This compares with net sales of $235.1 million and net earnings from continuing operations of $14.2 million for the same period last year. Excluding acquisition-related costs, business realignment costs, one-time items, and share-based compensation expense, net earnings from continuing operations were $29.2 million.
