Teradyne will acquire Eagle Test Systems for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $250 million net of cash. Teradyne is a provider of System-On-a-Chip semiconductor test, while Eagle Test is a provider of analog, mixed-signal and radio frequency semiconductor test products. For fiscal year 2007, the Teradyne sales were $1.1 billion. Net income was $77.7 million. Net revenue of Eagle Test was $86.0 million for the fiscal year 2007. Net income was $10.7 million.
