Synopsys reported for its third quarter 2007 revenue of $304.1 million, a 10 percent increase compared to $277.2 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2006. On a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2007 was $24.9 million, compared to $7.6 million, for the third quarter of fiscal 2006.
