Tektronix reported net sales of $265.8 million and net earnings of $22.8 million for the third quarter ended February 2007. This compares with net sales of $262.1 million and net earnings of $26.5 million for the same period last year. Instruments business sales were flat with last year as we continued to build backlog for newer products. Sales for the Communications business were up 7% due to installations of network management systems awarded in prior periods.
