Digi-Key announced the availability of kits for TVS Diodes (TVS: transient voltage suppressor) offered by Littelfuse. Ranging from industry standard package sizes of SMA to SMC with wattage ratings starting at 400W and going as high as 3000W in compact surface mount packages, Littelfuse's TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive computer equipment from voltage transients in such applications as telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
