The Chinese semiconductor manufacturer Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing has named Dr Ulrich Schumacher as the new President, CEO and Director of the Board He succeeds Mr. Dong who occupied the post from 2004 and remains in the Board of directors. Schumacher was previously with Francisco Partners to whom he will continue to be available as consultant. Furthermore, he is on the board of the Israeli Siano company and the Swiss Esmertec. He started in the semiconductor field at Siemens in 1986 and in 2000 took over the management of the stock-exchange-quoted subsidiary Infineon. He resigned from the position in 2004.
