UR Holding publishes its preliminary figures for the 2009 financial year. Consolidated sales increased to €32.53 million (previous year: €32.05 million). The operating result (EBIT) amounted to €0.35 million and was therefore somewhat below the previous year’s figure of €0.48 million. At €-0.26 million, the consolidated result in 2009 was also slightly down on the previous year figure of €-0.16 million.

Consolidated earning in 2009 were negatively impacted particularly by the revaluation of balance sheet items, receivables corrections and growth investments in the Communication division.
