UR Holding published its figures for the first nine months of the 2009 financial year. Despite the sustained challenging economic environment, UR Holding continued the positive development it enjoyed in the first half of 2009. Consolidated sales for the first nine months of 2009 amounted to €26.6 million, up around 13% on the prior-year figure of €23.6 million. The operating result (EBIT) also improved significantly by around €0.5 million, from €0.1 million in the previous year to €0.6 million in the period under review. The Group generated a consolidated net profit for the period of €0.2 million, some €0.6 million higher than in the previous year (consolidated net loss of €0.4 million).
