The net earnings attributable to Vishay stockholders for the fiscal quarter ended July 2, 2011 were $82.1 million, compared to $76.7 million, for the fiscal quarter ended July 3, 2010.

Revenues for the six fiscal months ended July 2, 2011 were $1,405.0 million, compared to $1,342.1 million for the six fiscal months ended July 3, 2010. The net earnings attributable to Vishay stockholders for the six fiscal months ended July 2, 2011 were $157.4 million, compared to $122.1 million, for the six fiscal months ended July 3, 2010.
