At the Vogt Electric AG, Larissa Vogel has laid down her post as Chairman. She was responsible for finance and allied functions as well as for the business segment of EMS. Her position will be taken over by Dr. Sturhahn. Besides this, the supervisory board members Werner Folger, Peter Dennstedt and Dr.-Ing. Hans-Joachim Wolff have resigned their positions. The newly selected chairman of the supervisory board Shigeyuki Yawata has asked for the expansion of the supervisory board.
